Processing Time

All Thaw™ orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. During peak seasons, promotional events, or product launches, processing times may extend to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a second notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may not begin processing until the following business day.

Shipping Methods and Costs

Thaw™ offers several shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and your delivery destination.

Free standard shipping may be available on orders that meet a minimum purchase threshold. Any applicable free shipping promotions will be displayed on our website and applied automatically at checkout.

Domestic Shipping

Thaw™ ships to all 50 United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands). Please be aware that shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may require additional transit time and may incur supplemental shipping charges.

International Shipping

Thaw™ currently offers international shipping to select countries. International shipping availability and rates are determined at checkout based on your destination address.

Order Tracking

Once your Thaw™ order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after your shipment confirmation email is sent.

You can track your order by:

  1. Clicking the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
  2. Visiting the carrier's website directly and entering your tracking number.
  3. Contacting our support team at support@trythaw.com with your order number for assistance.

If your tracking information has not updated for more than 7 business days, please reach out to our team so we can investigate the status of your shipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Thaw™ is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after the carrier has confirmed delivery. However, we understand how frustrating these situations can be and are committed to helping you resolve them.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend the following steps:

  1. Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation email.
  2. Check with neighbors, household members, or your building's front desk or mailroom.
  3. Look around your delivery area for the package, including side doors, porches, and garages.
  4. Contact the shipping carrier directly to file an inquiry or claim using your tracking number.
  5. If you are still unable to locate your package, contact Thaw™ at support@trythaw.com within 15 days of the delivery date. Please include your order number and a description of the issue.

Packages Lost in Transit

If your tracking information shows no updates for an extended period and the package has not been delivered, please contact us at support@trythaw.com. Thaw™ will work with the carrier to locate your package and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@trythaw.com with your order number and photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Address Accuracy

Thaw™ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase, including apartment or suite numbers, zip codes, and any special delivery instructions.

If you realize you have entered an incorrect address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@trythaw.com with your order number. We will do our best to update the address before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered the processing or fulfillment stage.

If a package is returned to Thaw™ due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to reship the order.

Please note: We are unable to redirect packages once they are in transit with the carrier. Thaw™ strongly recommends verifying your shipping details at checkout to avoid delivery issues.
